Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily production activities and maintain workflow efficiency.

Assist in troubleshooting production and if any issues support R & D initiatives when required.
Requirements:

Job Title: Oilfield Chemical Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Oilfield Chemical Sales Representative to promote and sell specialty chemicals and related solutions to oil and gas operators, drilling contractors, and service companies. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring technical and commercial support for our oilfield chemical portfolio (e.g., drilling fluids, production chemicals, water treatment, and stimulation additives).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the oilfield chemicals sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with E&P operators, service companies, and drilling contractors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing technical support and value-driven solutions.
- Conduct presentations, product trials, and field demonstrations to showcase chemical performance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize chemical solutions for specific field challenges.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback for product development.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards and industry regulations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Travel to customer sites, drilling rigs, and field locations as required.
